About The Position

Strategic Retail Partners is hiring a Route Service Representative in Kildeer, Illinois. The role supports the company’s in-store merchandising solutions by traveling independently to retail locations across a large territory, implementing merchandising plans, and ensuring company standards are met. Representatives use a company vehicle to service stores and maintain additional inventory in a company-paid storage unit.

This is an hourly, non-exempt role paying $18.64–$19.64 per hour. The stated estimated annual compensation range of $52,341–$61,276 is based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses; actual earnings may vary. The position typically involves 48–52 hours per week, begins at 6:00 a.m., and may include additional overtime periodically. The representative may need to spend two to three nights a week in a hotel when route business needs require it, and travel may be up to 50%.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy, including familiarity with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physically able to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor when required for travel or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently across a large territory to various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive a company vehicle between stores on the assigned route.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products in stores.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Maintain a company-paid storage unit containing additional inventory.
