About The Position

Cozzini Bros. is hiring a full-time Route Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company provides recurring knife rental, sharpening, and exchange services to restaurants and commercial kitchens. The role delivers and exchanges cutlery and kitchen blades, promotes company programs and promotional items, collects invoice payments, tracks customer knife sets with handheld devices, operates a company vehicle safely, and maintains customer relationships. The position involves light-duty deliveries and a physically active workday. Routes may require overnight travel. The schedule is Monday through Thursday in 10-hour shifts, with three-day weekends. No CDL is required. Pay is $22.00 per hour plus eligibility for commission.

Ability to travel overnight for some routes, if required.

Responsibilities

Deliver and exchange cutlery for national and local restaurants, food service businesses, and grocery customers.
Deliver and exchange kitchen blades on can openers, deli slicers, food processors, and other food service equipment.
Promote and sell company programs and promotional items.
Collect invoice payments by cash, card, check, or other stated methods.
Use handheld devices to track customer knife sets, deliveries, and inventory.
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Load, unload, lift, and carry delivery items safely.
Follow safety protocols while performing delivery and driving tasks.
