About The Position

ABC Hyundai is hiring a Service Porter to support service customers and dealership operations. The role involves driving a variety of vehicles and helping create a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. It may suit someone entering the dealership industry or seeking to build a longer-term automotive career.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., including Saturdays, with one day off during the week. The dealership is closed Sundays. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The workplace is drug-free. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers, assisting them promptly and professionally.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
• Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
• Retrieve customer vehicles.
