About The Position

As a Service Porter, you will greet customers as they approach the service department, welcome them, and connect them with a Service Writer. You will install interior vehicle protection, move vehicles forward in the service lane, place tire inspection forms in vehicles, and help keep the lane clear and moving while communicating with Service Writers and customers.

Requirements

• Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong desire for continuing education in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet every customer as they approach the service department.
• Welcome customers and provide them with one of the Service Writers.
• Install interior protection, including floor and seat coverings.
• Pull vehicles forward in the service lane and place a tire inspection form in each vehicle.
• Keep the service lane clear and moving while communicating with Service Writers and customers.
