About The Position

The Service Parts and Supply Coordinator assists HVAC Field Technicians and the Service Department with ordering parts. The role provides the opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer, with access to technical support, training on new technology, and career paths with growth opportunities. The coordinator establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective oral and written communication by phone, computer, and face to face. The role also emphasizes safety, accountability for company-issued and procured assets, strong organizational skills, teamwork, customer dedication, and flexibility to work overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Working proficiency with a handheld computer, such as a smartphone or iPad.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous three years.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Field Technicians and the Service Department with ordering parts.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective oral and written communication.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording their use, wear, and condition.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Support the team and customers, maintaining flexibility to work overtime.
