Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Proficient computer skills for entering work orders, tracking maintenance requirements, and managing inventory records.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking.
Ability to drive a vehicle for local travel.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Enter, review, and process all work orders accurately.
Track service maintenance requirements.
Maintain adequate, organized inventory of parts used by technicians for repairs and preventive maintenance services.
Coordinate parts inventory and adjust inventory as needed.
Advise the Service Manager of issues related to parts, parts inventory, or other matters.
Operate a forklift.
Ensure inventory security and analyze the quality of parts.
