About The Position

Lion Real Estate Group is hiring a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations at an apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee. The role works alongside on-site teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and maintain the property. The Service Manager leads and mentors the maintenance team, manages daily operations, work orders, and preventive care, and performs routine maintenance and repairs. The position participates in an on-call rotation to support the community 24/7.

Requirements

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service attitude.
• Willingness to work hands-on as part of the team.
• Valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide friendly, excellent customer service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support operations 24/7.
