About The Position

Service Managers at Sequoia inspire team members to be their best selves every day. This role requires knowledge of property maintenance and an understanding of the importance of preserving a multi-million-dollar asset. The manager leads an organized, efficient maintenance team, diagnoses and resolves maintenance challenges, and works alongside team members while sharing a passion for repairs. The role calls for a positive, can-do attitude and on-call availability. The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday.

Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional.
Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi.
Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO; the company will help obtain certifications if needed.
Renovation or construction experience.
