The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Service department, lead, coach, and mentor technicians, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performance. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, and we are committed to hiring and working with the best.
Requirements
- Previous residential service management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Service Titan preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Service department
- Lead, coach, and mentor our technicians
- Track KPIs such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performance
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations
