The position involves overseeing the daily operations of the Electrical Service department, leading, coaching, and mentoring technicians, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performance. Requirements

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Service department
