Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Service Manager with a passion for providing top-tier residential services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong knowledge of Generac generators, and excel in both service and installation of home generator systems. This role involves leading a dynamic electrical team and overseeing residential and light commercial services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience (some commercial experience is a plus).
- Proven expertise with Generac generators and home generator systems.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled electricians in providing excellent residential and light commercial services.
- Oversee installation, service, and maintenance of home generator systems (Generac knowledge is essential).
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide expert troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
