The Sack Company is a commercial MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical) company seeking motivated candidates for its Electrical Team. The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical service operations, including maintenance programs, service calls, troubleshooting, equipment replacements, retrofit projects, and customer support. This role ensures service work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships and high quality standards. The Electrical Service Manager oversees Service Technicians, Service Foremen, Apprentices, and support staff while coordinating with clients, vendors, dispatching, and company leadership. This role is responsible for scheduling manpower, managing service operations, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all service projects and maintenance accounts, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.
