The Cascade County Service Line Director will oversee program quality assurance and productivity, ensuring adherence to requirements and regulatory compliance, including audits. This role involves advising the Executive Team on program needs, development, and strategic planning, and serving as the primary representative for Cascade County programs. The Director will identify and implement departmental changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation, while collaborating with other directors to support company goals. Responsibilities include overseeing leaders and professional personnel for Cascade County clinical programs and sites, managing the Cascade County budget for Clinical Services, and possessing knowledge of billing, reimbursement, and payor systems. The position also assists in developing contracts and policy writing, supports MRWH policies and decisions, and works with HR on hiring and termination recommendations for clinic services leaders and employees. The Director will oversee and approve training for employees on clinical interviews, mental status examinations, and ethical conduct, conduct employee evaluations, and administer performance improvement plans. Consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public, as well as internal consultation and case staffing, are also part of the role. Emergency services may be required during and after work hours. Maintaining clinical knowledge and proficiency with electronic health care and other agency platforms is essential. Participation in in-service training and travel is required, along with performing other duties as assigned by leadership. This role is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Clinical Directors Team.
