The Service Line Director will oversee the programs quality assurance and productivity requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards including audits. This role involves advising the Executive Team on program needs, development, and strategic planning, acting as the primary representative for Cascade County programs. The Director will identify and implement departmental changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation, while collaborating with other directors to support company goals. Responsibilities include overseeing leaders and professional personnel for Cascade County clinical programs and sites, managing the Cascade County budget for Clinical Services with knowledge of billing and reimbursement, and assisting in contract development and policy writing. The position supports and implements MRWH policies, works with HR on hiring and termination recommendations, and approves training for clinical staff. Employee evaluations and performance improvement plans are also part of the role, as is providing consultation and education services to outside agencies and the public, and participating in case staffing. The role may involve emergency services, maintaining knowledge of electronic health care platforms, and requires participation in in-service training and travel. The Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Clinical Directors Team.
