About The Position
The Service Line Administrator-Urology is an influential, strategic leader responsible for the service line’s long-term vision and for executing patient-service integration across its core departments. The administrator works with program leaders, hospital leadership, and physicians to develop collaborative strategic partnerships and increase market share while improving patient experience, outcomes, operational efficiencies, and value. The goal is to establish the service line as a preeminent community provider and a value-based healthcare option patients seek out for their healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the designated service line area.
- Familiarity with current research on the appropriate level of care for the assigned service line.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
