About The Position

The Service Greeter is the initial point of contact for customers arriving at Coggin Honda St. Augustine for service. The role welcomes customers, helps them access the service department, communicates their arrival and needs to dealership staff, and supports the service team in keeping scheduled appointments on track. The Service Greeter also moves vehicles between the service lane and the shop and returns completed vehicles to the service lane for customers.

Requirements

• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to follow manufacturer-recommended procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or military equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
• Communicate customers’ arrival and needs to the appropriate dealership staff.
• Work with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track.
• Move vehicles through the service lane to the shop.
• Bring vehicles back to the service lane for customers when work is complete.
