Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greets customers as they enter the service lane, gets basic information about them and the vehicle, does a quick walk-around of the vehicle noting any damage, checks condition of exterior items, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate service advisor. The following includes, but is not limited to, the duties and working conditions of the Service Greeter. Any time, when it is deemed necessary by management, these duties are subject to change, or you may be requested to assist other employees in other areas.
