Kendall Auto Group is hiring an entry-level Service Greeter/Advisor Trainee to join its service team. Candidates should be available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and be enthusiastic about their work. The position involves greeting customers in the service drive and working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment. Requirements
- Proven customer service experience.
- Availability for full-time hours.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record, as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the work shift.
- Ability to bend, twist, and kneel, primarily to get in and out of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Move and park service vehicles as needed.
- Communicate with service clients and provide superior customer service.
- Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
- Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with the check-in process.
- Retrieve parts and supplies.
- Perform janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable.
