About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is hiring an entry-level Service Greeter/Advisor Trainee to join its service team. The role offers an opportunity to learn the automotive industry and develop a career in service. Candidates should be available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and be enthusiastic about their work.

The position involves greeting customers in the service drive and working in a shop environment, both indoors and outdoors. Standing and walking may be required for up to 75% of the work shift. Bending, twisting, and kneeling are required primarily to get in and out of vehicles. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with dealerships in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska, and has sold and serviced vehicles since 1937.

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience.
• Availability for full-time hours.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.
• Enthusiasm for the work.

Responsibilities

• Move and park service vehicles as needed.
• Communicate with service clients and provide superior customer service.
• Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
• Obtain basic information from vehicles to assist with the check-in process.
• Retrieve parts and supplies.
• Perform janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable.
