About The Position

Parkway Ford / Parkway CDJR in Pampa, Texas, is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Junior Service Advisor who is ready to learn. Automotive dealership experience is not required; candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, appointment scheduling, or other roles requiring organization and communication are welcome. The role supports the service team while the employee learns repair-order preparation, customer updates, maintenance recommendations, and service coordination. The position reports to the Service Director and works alongside experienced advisors. Parkway provides hands-on training and coaching, with a development path toward independently handling service customers as skills are demonstrated. Compensation is based on experience and assigned responsibilities. Benefits are subject to plan eligibility where applicable.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help gather accurate contact and vehicle information.
• Answer calls, assist with appointments, and route questions to the appropriate teammate.
• Assist with vehicle check-in, mileage recording, key control, and vehicle-location tracking.
• Send approved customer updates through Tekion under advisor supervision.
• Help follow up on estimates, authorizations, parts status, and promised completion times.
• Learn to explain routine maintenance and inspection findings using approved menus and job aids.
