About The Position

Cardinal KIA is hiring an entry-level Junior Parts Advisor for its new Niagara Falls dealership. The position is intended for someone interested in building a long-term automotive career. Previous dealership or parts experience is an asset but is not required; training will be provided for a dependable candidate who is willing to learn and take on more responsibility. The goal is to develop the successful candidate into a knowledgeable Parts Advisor who can advance within Cardinal KIA or Northern Roads Auto Group. The employee will receive hands-on training from the Parts Manager and experienced dealership staff, along with additional training through industry partners such as PBS Systems and NCM Associates. Onboarding includes cross-training in the service department, covering basic service tasks, repair-order flow, and how work moves through the shop. This training provides exposure to how parts availability affects technicians and customers, how parts and service teams work together, and how an efficient fixed operations department works. Potential future opportunities include Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor, Assistant Parts Manager, Parts Manager, service-department positions, and other roles within Northern Roads Auto Group. The role supports technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and wholesale customers with parts requests, ordering, delivery, inventory, and related processes. It also helps maintain technician productivity by delivering and staging parts in advance, while working with the Parts Manager on processes that improve shop efficiency, customer turnaround times, and fixed operations profitability. The employee may assist with basic service tasks during cross-training and support other department areas as needed. The position is at Cardinal KIA in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The schedule is based on departmental needs and includes scheduled shifts Monday through Saturday. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus an additional performance bonus.
