About The Position

Brown’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to sell parts to retail customers over the counter and to customers through the shop. The position works Tuesday through Saturday and is full-time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work full-time, including Saturday.

Nice To Haves

• CDK experience.
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
• Notify the service advisor and customer when special-ordered parts arrive.
• Notify the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
• Review will-call and back-order files weekly and return items to vendors or stock items that were not picked up or are no longer required.
• Replenish assigned inventory daily.
• Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on the service repair order.
