About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Junior Service Advisor at Lexus of Maplewood. This role serves as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and providing customer service in the Service Lane. The position offers an opportunity to join a large automotive dealership group affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and over 50 dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn and use it.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the service drive.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Communicate promptly and exceptionally with customers, keeping them updated throughout the process.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Use fixed operations technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
