About The Position

CIT Trucks, LLC is hiring a Diesel Service Foreman to supervise and assign work to Diesel Service Technicians, communicate repair status to customers, and help develop technicians’ knowledge and skills in heavy- and medium-duty vehicles. The role also involves inspecting completed repairs, organizing workloads, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. This position works 2nd shift.

Requirements

Must be able and willing to work 2nd shift hours.
High school diploma or GED.
Diesel technology degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT medical card.
Comprehension of basic software applications related to diagnostics, engine parameters, and product preference guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 years’ industry experience is preferred.
Agricultural or mechanical background.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assign work to Diesel Service Technicians.
