About The Position
Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Service Dispatcher for their Tire Division at the Dundalk, MD location. The primary responsibility is to manage the scheduling and dispatching of Tire Technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely service completion based on technician skills, location, and facility response guidelines. The role also involves opening work orders, handling customer service requests, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments, data entry, report preparation, and performing additional administrative duties.
Requirements

- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Schedule service repairs and dispatch Tire Technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines
- Schedule and dispatch to ensure timely completion
- Open work orders
- Receive service requests from customers and coworkers
- Work with Outside Sales representatives and other relevant departments
- Enter information into the computer
- Assist with paperwork and prepare reports
- Additional administrative duties
