The Service Coordinator II, also known as the Digital Access Coordinator, is responsible for training youth, staff, community partners, and stakeholders on various digital access initiatives. This role involves managing a high volume of projects and communications with individuals from multiple organizations. The coordinator will facilitate soft skill building and college/career readiness programming for teens, acting as a resource for families. Key duties include developing youth leadership opportunities, cultivating community partnerships, and coordinating with other digital inclusion organizations. The position requires monthly reporting, tracking data, and attending group calls related to youth development and digital skills. Additionally, the role involves recruiting and retaining youth participants, conducting mentor outreach, screening, training, and supporting mentors. A core aspect of the job is creating a youth-centered, trauma-informed safe space, identifying needs, and providing resources. Travel for professional development training is also a component of this role.
