About The Position

Join our commercial kitchen repair company as a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, coordinating service technicians and ensuring top-notch customer service. This is an IN-PERSON position in Orlando, FL, Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Since 1946, we have provided reliable service and parts support for commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment across Florida and Georgia. Trusted by restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and universities, we also perform manufacturer-authorized warranty service for many leading equipment brands. Requirements

• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Prior HVAC/Service dispatch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering service calls from our customers.
• Communicating with 3rd party applications.
• Assisting in dispatch and filling in when needed.
• Reviewing technician work orders for accuracy.
• Communicating with customers, technicians, and staff.
