About The Position

Proactive Technology Management is looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Service Coordinator to join their team. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing incoming service requests via email and phone, and coordinating with the Remote Support helpdesk team to ensure efficient response times and excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced position requiring efficiency and strong organizational skills. While the position is fully remote, candidates local to the Detroit Metro area are preferred.
