This is a full-time, on-site position requiring in-office attendance Monday through Friday in Sterling, Virginia. This is not a remote or hybrid role. This vital role serves as the communication hub between our customers, service technicians, and internal team, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional support every step of the way. As a HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you will coordinate incoming service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, monitor work order progress, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service will help ensure efficient daily operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dispatching, service coordination, customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
• Experience in the HVAC, construction, facilities maintenance, or other field service industries.
• Familiarity with dispatching or service management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to HVAC technicians.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and service updates.
• Create accurate work orders and monitor jobs from initiation through completion.
• Support field technicians by coordinating schedules and assisting with service-related needs.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
