This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, prioritizing service calls, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong dispatching experience, and can effectively balance customer expectations with operational needs.

Requirements

Previous dispatching experience.
Prior experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or administrative support role.
Strong customer service and client communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades industry.
Familiarity with BuildOps software.

Responsibilities

Prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch technicians accordingly.
Coordinate technician schedules based on job duration, skill set, and geographic location to meet customer ETA expectations.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status.
Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to accommodate urgent service needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Collaborate with technicians and management to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours scheduling and dispatch needs.
Ensure service calls are completed in a timely and organized manner.
