Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience (plumbing, HVAC, or trades preferred)
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Comfortable using technology
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan (or a similar field-service platform) is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and book jobs with a warm, professional, customer-first approach
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan, matching the right tech to each job
- Manage the dispatch board in real time, adjusting for cancellations, emergencies, and changing priorities
- Keep customers informed on arrival windows, updates, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate closely with technicians and office staff to keep the day moving and capture every opportunity
