This role is the front-line defense and first impression with clients, setting the tone for their IT support experience. The ideal candidate will manage incoming service requests via email and phone, handling an average of 120-150 calls per week. This position requires coordination with the Remote Support helpdesk team to ensure efficient response times and a friendly customer service experience. While this is a fully remote position, candidates local to the Detroit Metro area are preferred.
