About The Position

Join our administrative team as a full-time Service Cashier - Scheduler at Nashville Toyota North in Nashville, TN. This role involves scheduling appointments for customers both in person and over the phone, processing customer payments accurately, and addressing any customer concerns. You will also be responsible for balancing closed tickets at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean and organized cashier area, and assisting with rentals and directing customers. As a team player, you will be open to cross-training in other dealership areas that require administrative and customer service skills.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers both in person and over the phone.
Cash out customers after service completion, ensuring accuracy of totals and payments.
Address customer concerns by providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Balance closed tickets at the end of each shift.
Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.
Cross-train in other dealership areas as needed.
Assist with rentals and direct customers to the appropriate service area.
