About The Position

Organize and facilitate the schedule of work to be completed through dispatching of service technicians. This role involves communicating schedules to customers and technicians, planning preventative maintenance, updating customers on call statuses, coordinating with other departments for equipment servicing, and ensuring service techs meet customer deadlines. The position also includes answering customer service calls and creating work orders.

Requirements

• Proficient use of Windows operating system.
• Proficient Map skills.
• Proficient use of Google Apps for Business.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive and keep a positive attitude in a high-tempo, stressful environment.
• Ability to coordinate schedules of 20+ technicians covering territory of multiple states.
• Familiarity with CAD (computer-aided dispatch) systems.
• Exceptional ability to visualize geographical data and efficiently route techs using computer mapping software.
• Must be able to devise plans of action while be willing and able to adjust plans regularly to keep pace with an ever‐changing service landscape.

Responsibilities
