Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Scheduling or receptionist experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers in person and over the phone.
Cash out customers after service completion, ensuring accuracy of totals and payments.
Provide assistance to customers with concerns or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Balance closed tickets at the end of each shift.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Cross-train in other dealership areas as needed.
Assist with rentals and direct customers to the appropriate service area.
