Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Xtime, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to schedule service appointments and promote service specials.
• Follow up on service recommendations and recalls to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions and service appointments in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide timely updates and excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to increase service department sales and customer loyalty.
