About The Position

BMW of Sarasota is hiring Business Development Center Representatives for its Service Department. This is a call center position focused on customer service and service appointment coordination. The role includes answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and making outbound follow-up calls after recent services. The position is not remote and has a five-day work week. Requirements

• Exceptional customer service ability.
