About The Position

Beckley Chevrolet is hiring a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to support its growing team in Beckley, West Virginia. The role focuses on communicating with customers, responding to leads and inquiries, and converting opportunities into qualified sales appointments. The successful candidate will work with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities and provide an outstanding customer experience. Automotive BDC or sales experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls, send text messages, and follow up with prospective customers.
Set qualified sales appointments and work to maximize appointment show rates.
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
Work with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Provide an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
