About The Position

Beckley Chevrolet is hiring a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent in Beckley, West Virginia. The role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, following up with prospective and previous customers, and setting qualified sales appointments. The agent works with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities, meet performance goals, and provide an outstanding customer experience. Automotive BDC or sales experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls, send text messages, and follow up with prospective customers.
Set qualified sales appointments and work to maximize appointment show rates.
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Provide an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
