About The Position

The Service Attendant at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield greets and assists customers, performs vehicle walk-arounds, and supports service advisors. The role also involves moving vehicles, completing basic vehicle-cleaning tasks, and providing general support to the store. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• At least 18 years of age to comply with the company's driving policy.

• Computer and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide high-quality customer service to customers and employees.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Move cars in and out of the building.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds in the service drive.
• Vacuum vehicles, wash windows, and complete a variety of supporting tasks.
• Provide general support as needed by the store.
