About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Service Attendant at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield. The role is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, performing vehicle walk-arounds, and supporting service advisors. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company's driving policy.

• Computer and administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide customer service to customers and employees.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Move cars in and out of the building.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds in the service drive.
• Vacuum vehicles, wash windows, and perform a variety of supporting tasks.
• Provide other support as needed by the store.
