About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to deliver friendly, exceptional customer support and help maintain a clean, welcoming location. The role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, promoting offers and programs, answering questions about services and procedures, and keeping customer areas stocked and clean. Attendants follow company safety procedures and employee appearance guidelines. The work is active and involves being on your feet and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Requirements
- Be friendly and outgoing, build relationships with customers, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
- Be comfortable being active, on your feet, and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Be able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds to waist height, 25 pounds to chest height, and 15 pounds above the head.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone.
- Promote special offers or programs.
- Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments, and keep customer areas clean.
- Thank customers and answer questions about services and procedures.
- Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and minor landscaping as directed by management.
- Follow Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines.
