About The Position

Grande Oaks Golf Club in Davie, Florida, is hiring a full-time Guest Service Attendant as part of Troon. The position provides high-quality customer service to members and guests while managing the golf cart fleet and maintaining the driving range and bag room areas. Duties include greeting players, cleaning and staging carts, assisting with golf bags, and keeping practice facilities stocked. Compensation is $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Provide courteous service to guests, including handling bags and cleaning clubs.
• Keep the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area neat and orderly.
• Keep the cart storage and cart wash-down areas clean and orderly.
• Prepare golf carts for play according to Troon standards.
• Help educate players about course policies, cart policies, and pace of play.
• Assist players with changing golf spikes when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serve customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs when returned.
• Clean golfers’ clubs after play.
• Use safe work practices while performing job duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
