About The Position

Grande Oaks Golf Club in Davie, Florida, is seeking a full-time Guest Service Attendant to provide high-quality customer service to members and guests, manage the golf cart fleet, and maintain the driving range and bag room areas. The role includes greeting players, cleaning and staging golf carts, assisting with golf bags, and keeping practice facilities stocked. The position is part of Troon, a global golf and community management organization. Compensation is $14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including handling bags and cleaning clubs.
• Keep the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area neat and orderly.
• Maintain the cart storage and cart wash-down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play according to Troon standards.
• Help educate players about course policies, cart policies, and pace of play.
• Assist players with changing their golf spikes when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Assist customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs when they are returned.
• Clean golfers’ clubs after play.
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
