Service Associate- New York City, NY
About The Position
The Service Associate collects single-use devices at hospitals within an assigned territory. The role also involves engaging with hospital staff to provide customer service, training, and education about the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions’ bins and which devices can be collected. In partnership with sales representatives in the territory, the associate manages inventory, supports the education cadence, and supplies materials to hospitals. This is a field-based role with 80% travel; use of a personal vehicle is required, with driving of approximately 80–100 miles per day depending on the territory.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds daily.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance for required car travel.
- High school degree or GED.
- Use of a personal vehicle; driving approximately 80–100 miles per day depending on the territory.
