About The Position

The Service Associate is a field-based role responsible for collecting single-use devices at hospitals within an assigned territory. The associate works with hospital staff to provide customer service, including training and education on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions bins and which devices can be collected. In partnership with sales representatives, the associate manages inventory, supports the education cadence, and supplies materials to hospitals. The role requires travel by personal vehicle, typically 80–100 miles per day depending on the territory, and involves lifting up to 40 pounds daily.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and appropriate insurance for required car travel.
• High school degree or GED.
• Use of a personal vehicle; expected driving is 80–100 miles per day depending on territory.
