About The Position

The Service Assistant works with other members of the service team to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires handling a rapidly changing workload and prioritizing tasks accordingly. It offers an opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop a career in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have basic automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience to Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Drive vehicles to drop off or pick up customer vehicles and loaners, make runs to body shops, and test charging at Electrify America stations.
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves upon request.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over.
• Help with the check-in process when needed.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
• Move and stage vehicles, deliver parts, wash vehicles, and assist the service department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
