About The Position
The Sales Associate works on the frontlines to ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. As an ambassador for Rhone, the associate represents the company’s values of grit, responsibility, excellence, authenticity, and teamwork. The role is suited to someone passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The primary location is Tysons Galleria in McLean, Virginia, and the role reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements

- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
- Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts punctually.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, move around regularly, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Deliver results while prioritizing customers and applying an omni-channel mindset.
- Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
- Develop expertise in Rhone products and educate customers about product features and benefits.
- Assess individual customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Support selling-floor activities, including fitting rooms and point of sale.
- Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
- Take initiative by helping with tasks, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
- Demonstrate inclusive behavior with the team and customers.
