About The Position

Kitchen Saver Remodeling Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Service and Measure Technician to join its production team. The technician helps ensure customer satisfaction by providing warranty services, evaluating installations, and supporting the installation team. The position includes training, support, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

The role provides warranty and service support to existing customers, evaluates kitchens and cabinet areas, takes measurements for service and installation work, and communicates issues that could affect installation. The technician collaborates with installation technicians to help deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience with carpentry, crown molding, and trim.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic writing and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Subject to a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide warranty and service support to existing Kitchen Saver customers.
• Evaluate customer kitchens and cabinet areas in detail.
• Take precise measurements to support service and installation work.
• Identify and communicate issues or concerns that may affect installation.
• Collaborate with installation technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.
