Requirements

  • 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
  • A strong work ethic and good work history
  • Communication Skills
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CDK is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s goals
  • Prioritize recommended services and present options clearly
  • Keep customers informed on repair timelines, costs, and updates
  • Maintain consistent communication between customers and technicians
  • Deliver a positive, seamless dealership experience from start to finish
